If you are using Works Suite as opposed to the basic Works application, it
includes two Word Processors. One is the Works Word Processor and the other
is Microsoft Word. It is the Works processor that opens wps files. If this
doesn't help you resolve this issue, you should take this question to the
microsoft.public.works.win newsgroup.
Be sure to give them all the particulars including what you have tried thus
far.
