RE: Processor and Memory (RAM): Not Available Vista - Control Pane
Everything you describe above sounds like problems other people have had
after installing AIM 6.5. I have had these same problems myself. Some people
report that uninstalling AIM 6.5 solved the problem. (Unfortunately, this did
not solve all of the problems I am having.) Some other people report that
using system restore to go back to before when AIM 6.5 was installed solved
the problem. Unfortunately, this did not work for me either.
One problem I am still having (after uninstalling AIM) is that I cannot log
on to my PC with a standard user account. The screen simply goes black and
never recovers. I can log on fine with an administrator account, though. Does
anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
