Synchronize attachments with appointments
Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for Outlook, we want to automatically
synchronize attachments in appointments, when you track the appointment in
CRM.
But this is not possible for appointments (nor tasks, only e-mails) as the
attachments are not synchroized/saved in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM record,
but remain only in the original Outlook item.
You could of course manually add the attachment to the Microsoft Dynamics
CRM record, but that means manual steps of work which fails the natural
workflow.
Has anyone got a work around or coded solution for this?
I cannot see why this was only made available for e-mails…
