No. You need a tool that can work directly with Flash. Of course, Adobe
Flash is the main choice, but you may want to look at Swish
(http://www.swishzone.com/index.php). There are also other tools out there
that are far less expansive than Flash and can edit Flash files, but I'm not
familiar with them myself.
