i just wanted to tell you i had the same problem and the fools at
microsoft,they dont know how to fix the problem either..they sent me to this
forum site..it took me two days to search and look..for something to fix this
and then i found it..the fix is so simple..its just a common sense..thing..so
easy to fix,no body .can figure this out and i did
