No - Flash is all done on the client system. You'll put an <object> tag in
your page that identifies the Flash movie and some other information. WHen
the user visits your page this code causes the Flash player to start and
download the Flash movie from your web site. If the user does not have the
Flash player installed they are prompted to install it from the Macromedia
web site.

Other than having enough space to store the Flash movie, no.

Do you mean a ready-made Flash movie? I don't know if there's a source for
these. Better to get the Flash program and make your own, don;t you think?
Flash is sort of fun, although rather complicated - and unfortunately the
program is expensive.
