I think putting ALL the clipart would make files too big. Instead, microsoft
should offer zipped (or packaged) collections of pre-selected clips centering
around a certain theme (ex. a package entitled "dogs" with 5 clips of dogs
available in one download, etc.) That way users looking for a general
category will be able to save time and not have to go through the vast
collections, while users who DO have the time (or something specific in mind)
can elect to go through the files and fine one they specifically want.
