Any version of MS Picture It! / MS
Digital Image should open your .php
files successfully.
If you save them in the .png-plus format
you would be able to preserve the layers
for future editing. Also you could save
in several other formats...jpg, .tif, .bmp,
Portable Network Graphics .png, etc...
You may want to experiment with the
following trial version of the program:
