vBulletin upgraded to the latest version

Hi guys,

After almost an year, I've decided to upgrade our forum backend, vBulletin. Well, I don't see much improvements feature wise but the forums should be more secure & fast now( I hope so).

The upgrade took just 30 seconds, the least downtime we ever had for an upgrade. Thanks for a good guide I found over vbulletin.com.
