Cool vBulletin 4 Screenshots - Coming soon with a CMS & Blog

Hi Guys,

As most of you know, our forum is powered by vBulletin, one of the best BBS software in the market. The next version of vBulletin is in development and looks like it's almost ready. Alpha testing will start soon.

The major change will be the introduction of vBSuite, a forum-CMS-Blog Combo. And finally the design is fully CSS driven and 100% tableless.

Here is a few leaked screenshots. I look forward to upgrade to it as soon as it's ready. Please let me know your thoughts.

Yeah Atul, the beta demo looks fantastic. We will use the CMS for all articles, tutorials, reviews, news etc.

Looks a little bit like they're trying to create the same effect that Invision Power Board created when they released their 3.0 forum, but that's not a bad thing xD
This'll be great!

By the end of this year. Anyway we already have a license for the Suite. But it'll be wise to wait for a few bug fix releases. We need to get a new forum theme done also, with a nice logo and all.

Re: vBulletin 4 Screenshots - Coming soon with a CMS & Blog

Alright, this will be the future home page of our website.

Forums - The Front Page

The theme will be customized, but url structure, categories and other stuff will be almost the same.

Update:

vBulletin 4 Gold was released a few days ago with hundreds of open bugs. Customers are rioting at the official forums.

So in-short, we wont be upgrading to the new version any time soon. Once most of the bugs are fixed and most of the customers are happy with it we'll move to it. We were planning to install the CMS and turn our Home page to an article portal, but it looks like we have to wait.
