I've placed a Ubuntu .deb of netatalk that fully supports Apple 2 and netboot
in the Google Mail account. Accompanying it are my patches and some example
config files from my own server.

Search the newsgroup archives for information on accessing the mail account.
If you truly are unable to get resolution, then drop me e-mail.

Hopefully, someone with download space available will grab this stuff and
propagate further.
