Fun with Contiki

Not sure if this has already been announced, but you can download a
custom-configured disk image of the Contiki web server from
http://www.a2retrosystems.com/contiki.html

When I got my first Uther card I tried using the Contiki 1.3 email program
without success. Tonight I thought I'd give it another go... turns out it
just doesn't like my smtp server (EIMS on Mac OS 7.5). I tried it with my
ISP's smtp and my Netfirms account and both worked flawlessly.

While I was on a roll I thought I'd give Contiki's FTP program a shot...
not exactly feature-rich or stable per se, but it gets the job done. It
only does GET, so like email it's a one-way deal, and you can't access
sub-directories, so all your files have to be in the top-level directory.
Neat, and potentially very useful.
