can we increase the bitrate of MP3 song upto 1500 ??

can we increase the bitrate of MP3 song upto 1500 from 192kbps or 320kbps
if how can u tell me how it is done i just want to see how it works ???

increase the bitrate will just increase the size of the mp3 files. Only when you are converting from the original source file, will increase in bitrate sound better.
