Small Graphics Cards

I am trying to build a small PC that would be easily transportable. I have ordered all the parts ready to build the machine apart from the graphics card, as I haven't found one that will fit. I can't seem to find any small cards roughly 9 or 10cm. What's the smallest cards you know of? It needs to have a decent enough specification to run Photoshop.

A little more info, please. What size, model mobo? Which CPU? Since this is a new build, does it have built in graphics? You might not need a separate card. What do you intend to do with the machine?
