Graphics card issue

Hi all,

I am hoping that I can get some help with my graphics card issue.

On some websites, blue squares appear on the screen. I have attached a photo so you can see what I mean. So far, it seems to appear on skysports.com most of the time. It has also appeared on facebook.

It disappears if I scroll the screen and reappears when I stop.

I have included a copy of my Dxdiag report. The graphics drivers are up to date according to the AMD website.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
Ian

Re: Graphics card issue

Is this happening in just one browser or in all of them. Can your check it in IE/Firefox/Chrome?

Does Skysports uses Flash or Silverlight? If yes, are they up to date?

Re: Graphics card issue

Hi Strider,

Thanks for answering me.

I have checked it in Firefox and Internet Explorer. IE doesn't seem to have any issue. However, I don't like using IE.

I'm not sure if the website uses Flash or Silverlight. I'm pretty sure that I have both updated.

Re: Graphics card issue

Have you try to reinstall your browser?
Sometimes this problem occurs when you upgrading your browser.

It seems that your Graphics card is overheating.. Unplug your graphics card and re-insert it. make sure that drivers are up-to-date.

If issue still exists then check your Power Supply.
