Question Static sound when using microphone

I recently replaced my motherboard and CPU. After that there is a static sound in the backround when I talk in the mic. I've tried USB soundcard but nothing.
I have VIA HD Audio and my motherboard is ASUS M5A78L-M USB3. Is it some kind of hardware conflict? I know it's not caused by my headset, because when i turn listen to mic on and my mic is muted I can still hear that static sound, but when I talk in Skype my friends can hear that static sound.
I have tested my headset with other computer and it was all okay.

Sample of static: Vocaroo | Voice message

What is the problem ?
