After Reformatting PC, Playing Bluray Copy issues

Hey guys.. Im new here... I got a question and I'm having trouble finding the solution.. I reformatted my PC Windows XP sp3.. Before it was SP2.. everything went well but when I tried to play a Bluray Copy movie its not that clear as it was before I reformat my PC there is like some pixel grids... but before I reformat my PC I have no problem with it,,,.. I need your help guys.. thanks...

Are your graphics drivers up-to-date? What software are you using to play it? Is it the same as what you were using before?

Hey man thanks for the response...

Yeah same software I'm using... VLC.. before I reformatted my pc I was using that player with no problem... I'm also suspecting it would be on the graphics driver, I notice my resolution is kind of too big as it was before I tried adjusting the resolution but still thesame.. but I dont know what I did before to update the graphics driver.. hey man can you teach me how to update the driver?.. I'm super new to this and I dont know where to start.. Thanks...
