Lunascape is a new browser from Japan with an all new concept, multiple rendering engines. It offers support for Trident ( Internet Explorer), Gecko (Firefox) and Webkit ( Google Chrome and Apple Safari) rendering engines. In fact the browser was there for quite some time, but was in Japanese. The English version is still in Alpha stage, but in my tests proved stable enough for regular use.

Adobe announced the release of much anticipated release of the most widely used cross platform rich content technology, the Flash. The new flash player is loaded with lots of new features like 3D effects, HD video support, custom filters, GPU acceleration and performance enhancements.
Tom Barclay, senior product marketing manager, Platform Business Unit, Adobe Systems, said “We’re providing unprecedented creative control for developers and designers,”. “Another major improvement is the ability to create your own effects with Adobe Pixel Bender, which can be applied to content live to do things that up to now could only be done on the desktop,” Barclay said. The Adobe Pixel Bender also features a multi-threaded calculation engine that can be used for other purposes.

RSDownloader is a batch downloading tool dedicated for the Rapidshare.com and one of the the easiest and most functional available yet. The original Rapidshare.de service came with an easy tool for batch downloading links, but rapidshare.com has now enabled direct downloads for their Premium users. Configuring your credentials in other batch downloaders can be quite hard so here is the download manger for all RS fans.

Have you ever tried copying files on your computer and been told that “The filename you specified is invalid or too long. Specify a different filename”?
If you have, you know that you can’t perform a backup of your files, as Windows will cancel the process at the point of the problem, leaving you wondering what was copied, and what was not. The problem is caused by Windows not allowing file paths of more that 231 characters. It’s a time consuming problem for us to fix, if indeed, we can fix it at all.
