Just an update on TechTalkz community. We have upgraded to a dedicated ip from this month. It can be considered as a new year gift lol. 
Here is the new ip : 208.100.18.46
So what’s the catch. Is it make the user experience any better?
Well nothing much actually.
* Since we have a unique ip the pages may load a little bit faster than a shared ip.
* More importantly we will not be get penalized by Search engines for any bad sites using the same ip.
