I don't get any stutterin or slowdowns ever on youtube, and neither does a lot of others on other ISP's without the name Virgin in them. |

As for my speed test results, I regularly post these and they are readily authenticable. None of the Virgin apologists has ever posted an authentic speed test result that matches their claims.
