Up To with BE means up to what your line is capable of.
Up To with Virgin Media means up to us.

Your link does indeed go to a similar result to mine achieved on the
10/15/2007...but what i suggest you do is go back and check the link i
posted.....then come back here and tell me the date it was done.....what
was it you said in another post about you hardly ever being wrong.....LOL

Read what you posted again,you didn't say you thought he had formatted his
computer,nor did you say he said he might so you're assuming he has ....you
