Do you or anyone know if Virgin (cable) have this monitor? - can't find it on
their website....

I'm not a customer of theirs, but my instinct would be to go to
<http://www.virginmedia.com> and click on 'Customer zone' and then on 'My
account' ... if you can't find it somewhere obvious like that, then
contact Virgin Media and ask them where it is.

Unless you have an account with no restrictions on how much you can
download or upload or when you can do so, it seems essential that you be
able to keep track of your usage.
