Wifi on buses, how does that work?
A few days ago I saw a coach on the M40 (London-Oxford route) that
claimed to have on-board wifi. Does anyone have any knowledge about how that works - do they use the normal "domestic" channels or do they have a dedicated system? Also, if anyone's actually used this, how reliable is it. Pete -- .................................................. ......................... .. never trust a man who, when left alone ...... I'd guess they have an HSDPA / 3G / GPRS / EDGE to wifi router. -- SteveH 'You're not a real petrolhead unless you've owned an Alfa Romeo' www.italiancar.co.uk - Honda VFR800 - Hongdou GY200 - Alfa 75 TSpark Alfa 156 TSpark - B6 Passat 2.0TDI SE - COSOC KOTL BOTAFOT #87 - BOTAFOF #18 - MRO # - UKRMSBC #7 - Apostle #2 - YTC # |
