I have no complaints. My package does what it says on the tin. If I use Torrent it is scheduled for when nobody is surfing the WWW, which means normally during working hours or from midnight so STM has no effect on me. I don't spend my time watching the little green progress bar of a download. I prefer watching TV on my TV not on my PC. Cable doesn't come out this far so I have ADSL and it does what I need. Therefore for me it is a quality product. Sorry to upset you. -- Woody Remove NOSPAM to reply. |

Seems i have more reason to be happy than you do. |

As I have previously mentioned (and as it common knowledge for anyone working in the area of 'customer service', un-happy customers are *far * more vocal than happy customers. From the VM Q3 results document: "At the quarter end, we had 282,300 off-net broadband subscribers, with growth of 7,100 in the quarter." off-net = those on ADSL via virgin.net I have no doubt that some are not happy. I also have no doubt that a lot of them are very happy. You point was? -- Carl Waring DigiGuide: Full: Freeview (free): Web-based: |

So by your thinking I shouldn't posting about how happy I am with Idnet ! You really aren't capable of clear thinking are you. So where are VM's satisified customers then ? Graham |

Given that I didn't say "people happy with their service *NEVER* tell anyone", I think you can deduce for yourself what I'm thinking right now. If you can't then here's a clue...
