This is the one laying out the evidence that TREYCC is likely Eric Hughes.

Looks like treycc very probably *IS* Erik W Hughes, SCO's Director of
Product Management and Strategic Alliances, of Long Haired Smellies
deposition fame.

This was something long hypothesised, eg by Stats and Elcorton. However,
with the recent unearthing of very old Yahoo posts by treycc, we now see
strong correlations. According to

Mr Hughes is a Mormon elder who "returned to Utah after living on Long
Island, NY where I worked for Cheyenne/Computer Associates. I have worked
in the software business for 10 years. I currently work as the Director of
Product Management and Strategic Alliances for a small software company in
Lindon, UT." (created 22 Sep 2003, modified 06 Apr 2005). Peoplefinders
has an Erik Wayne Hughes of OREM, UT, MAPLETON, UT, PROVO, UT, SOUTH
JORDAN, UT and GLEN COVE, NY whose age is currently given as 40. Cheyenne
is located on Long Island close to Glen Cove.

And treycc? In 1998 he posted to the Yahoo CA board that he used to work
for CA on a product that "is no longer competitive" (#2423). His Yahoo
profile, unchanged since 05/18/1998, states his age as 32 and his location
as Rochester NY. The age matches Mr Hughes. The location does not, but we
know little of Mr Hughes' career between CA and SCOX. Of course, we do
know that, despite his profile location, treycc was in the midst of the
Utah power struggles from 2000 onwards - just like Mr Hughes.

If the necrotic CA product was Cheyenne's Faxserve, it would explain
treycc's interest in Captaris, Inc.

In ten posts (6 on SCOX, 3 on CDNS, 1 on TTLA), treycc reproached other
posters who made derogatory comments about the Mormon faith.

treycc states of Ray Bingham: "I have followed his career for a long time
and my money goes where he goes" (CDNS#1985). Bingham was an executive at
the Marriott Corporation at roughly the same time Hughes was at BYU's
Marriott School of Management, though there is no evidence of a link.

But most of all, of course, we have the correlation of that damned insult.
Long haired smellies? Smell *THIS*, Mr Hughes. We gotcha.
