Avast license error!

Im using avast home edition.Recently my license key expired and i got a new license key after request.After enering the license key it said my license expires on 2009.
But nearly after a month,i got an error message saying that my license key has expired and my computer is unprotected.I again got a new one.But curiously enough the same message seems to appear after some time.I tried restarting my PC n the message dissappeared.
I just wana know if this is due to some virus r spyware?Is this a sign of infection????

Sounds like your system clock was set wrong to me !

No my system clock is fine!!!!!! But this mesage appears suddenly say when im browsing r doing some work.But if i restart my comp then everything is fine again...Wy this false error message??????Just afraid if any serious infection!

You can do a reinstall of Avast with the new license key.

I did a cleanup of my system with pc mightymax and glary utilities pro...After that the problem hasnt resurfaced til now..thankfully!

you can use tune up utilities for cleanup your system. its much better..

Thanks amanda! Will give a try....But i think its paid! But i got Glary utilities pro from GIVEAWAYOFTHEDAY.So didnt have to pay for it! :-)

I think, maybe, you'd like to scan yout system for spyware too. Try freeware Adware/Spybot.

ya..after i did my last scan the prob hasnt occurred till now.Think Its due to some virus or malware!

or the liscence is blacklisted...if u didnt buy it......
