Variant of a Trojan - trojan.win32.Obfuscated.gx -...need help 2 remove them

My pc have a variant of the trojan.win32.Obfuscated.gx (porn adware) the device also says that the malware is MS Video Control 1.0 Ive run my Norton and it doesnt remove it, my norton is the newest version of the norton 360. . .Ive looked and try all the previous posts about trojans but some of them are way too complicated for me to understand them. . .I dont know much about pc's,

. .Any help will be gratefully thanked

P.S. Any explanation if you may please, try it as if it is to a child

Thank you very much even thou it didnt worked. . .according to the instructions the bug is a fake or something but when trying to find the process as it says to stop it I dont find the named process. . .and even regediting it doesnt respond to nothing I should do as it says on the instructions...it leads me to nothing the process I tried, any suggestion??

In addition to the last msg, I purchased a license for the spyware sweeper pro as one guy here recommend, after I paid the amount of money it gave me the license and all and I installed it and run it, according to the program it removed all the 390 problems it has, but the damn SYSTEM ERROR pop up keeps poping, and when i use my google search, the search results are full of porn thumbnails and the same SYSTEM ERROR saying that my browser was hijacked with porn advertising and it keeps poping up whenever I use the browser. . .what is the real problem here?? reply ASAP pls, thnx in advance

What is the System Error that you are getting ?

Did you run the SmithfraudFix tool as mentioned ?
or you can run this tool : FixIEDef

the smithfraudfix didnt want to run when I tried it. . .but that one did worked, and it seems to have remove the problem, as it says on the first url you provide on the first reply, it was an annoying fake, cuz the system errors that i was receiving were the ones displayed on that last link you provided. ..Thanks a lot, it seems to be fixed already. . .Blessings
