Fix the entry in HijackThis :

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://home.sweetim.com

Killbox has a userfriendly interface. And I already provided the links for Killbox in the previous post.
KillBox.Net

Delete these files too :
C:\bd3q0qix.exe
c:\windows\system32\olhrwef.exe
c:\windows\system32\nmdfgds0.dll
c:\windows\system32\ciuytr0.dll
c:\windows\system32\01.tmp
c:\windows\system32\ciuytr1.dll
c:\windows\system32\cvnmhg0.dll
C:\xcisvxl.com
c:\windows\system32\system.RPT
c:\windows\system32\vbfbvh.dll
c:\windows\system32\afmain1.dll
G:\x2tpc.cmd

Open services.msc, and disable this service named : nwsxwy
open command prompt and type :
Code:
sc delete nwsxwy
Make sure your windows firewall is enabled and close port 3379.

Visit the link I gave, there are two options, one is the complete virus signature database, other is the daily update. You need to install the complete update after installing AVG. And yes the setup program can also be affected by the virus. And post the screenshot of the error you receive while installing AVG.

I know something is still wrong because I still cannot access antivirus sites which means I can't update my AVG. Also my connection is acting sporadic about whether it works or not. And some of my programs are loading slowly.

I assume the jump drives got the virus from my computer. I only use them at school and the library, and hadn't been to either in a long while. School just started back yesterday. I'm afraid to plug them back into my computer until this is fixed.

Yes, I will definitely get a good antivirus asap.

Thank you for all your help.

Re: Cannot access Antivirus Sites/Google/Avast etc.

bakurya: Yes, I still cannot access antivirus sites. I just tried again to make sure.

Also, I forgot to mention that when I check my connection status, it shows activity when I know I'm not doing anything. Something is downloading or uploading or something!

Thanks.

hmmm .... is PAC207 your webcam driver / utility ?
If not then delete the file.
C:\WINDOWS\PixArt\PAC207\Monitor.exe

Also switch to opendns and see if you can access the sites.

And use the latest version of HijackThis and post the complete log file. You seem to have posted a incomplete log file.

Re: Cannot access Antivirus Sites/Google/Avast etc.

did you find and delete the service nwsxwy and closed the port also ?

Fix this entry in HijackTHis :
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [vamsoft] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vamsoft.exe

and delete the files :
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vamsoft.exe
C:\WINDOWS\AhnRpta.exe

Download LSPFix and run it, and then in the left hand column, you should see NWPROVAU.DLL file listed. Click on it to highlight, then click the arrow in the middle of the screen that points to the right under the "Remove" column and click Finish button, that will remove it.

Reboot.
