Anti Virus block

I am also having a problem accessing any antivirus programs.
First, about a week ago I downloaded that facebook virus- yes I know already!!
I was able to do something with SmitFraudFix, but it didn't get rid of everything. Somehow I was able to re download McAfee but I don't think it is running properly.
Next, I downloaded Malwarebytes. I got an error (723) but it would still scan so I thought I had it solved.
However, I still cannot access any Anti Virus programs - I get an error about not having an internet connection or I get a new tab with searches for answers.

Beware- I am not very computer literate so you may need tot describe what to do in very precise steps. Also, I am using another computer to research what to do so if you post a link I will need the complete address so that i can type it into my other computer.

Please help me!

Re: Anti Virus block

1. Disable System Restore in all the drives

2. Download and run ComboFix. Post a log file here.

Re: Anti Virus block

I would suggest you to try this open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file - your computer uses this file to resolve URLs into IP addresses. See if you have something fishy in there, something like:

AVG Antivirus and Security Software - Real-time protection against viruses, spyware and malicious websites 127.0.0.1

Clean up the file (it is usually safe to delete all content of the file) but do not delete the file itself.
