removing password_viewer.exe from Flash drive

My USB/Flash drive is infected with password_viewer.exe virus.
My AVG 8.5 cannot see this as a threat.

My PC is now infected.(again)

i can remove the virus manually from my PC but since i always use my Flash drive it keeps coming back.

can you guys help me removing this virus from my Flash drive?
or is there any good anti vir(yes i wanna replace my AVG) or other app that gives additional protection from viruses.

i have Spy bot S&D and AVG 8.5

I recommend ESET NOD32 (Commercial) and Avast Home edition (Free) for better protection. It would be a good idea to install the trial version of ESET NOD32, scan and remove the infections in your flash drive. Then switch to Avast.
