How to delete infected items found by avira?

I scan my computer with Avira and it found 2 malwares and was sent to quarantine and with people who deletes items found by their antivirus from quarantine i did the same and the 2 same malwares were back in my computer and was sent to qurantine again
Is there a way to delete them permently off my PC?
with this problem i am afraid to remove a virus that norton antivirus found on my PC which is now in quarantine.

Since the infected items were quarantined they shouldn't be of danger anymore. You don't need to delete those files because they were renamed and the applications that needed them won't find them anymore and can't use them.

If you still want to delete them but they keep coming back I suggest you restart your PC in safe mode, perform a full antivirus scan again and delete those files sent to quarantine while still being in safe mode.

The quarantined files are encrypted and disarmed. They won't infect your computer unless you restore them from Avira.

This tends to happen from Live Scanner modules. They detect newly created malware, but not pre-existing ones.

Example: You have malware running, and it creates a copy of itself in the temp folder, a Live Scanner would detect the change in the temp folder, and find the virus, but it doesn't find the original.
