Personally, I recommend a combination of SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes.
You can also stack it with Spybot search and destroy.

Anti Spyware apps all have different algorithms. They sometimes don't detect everything on your system and that's why its suggested to use at least two different apps so that they cover each others blind spots.
