I'm up for any suggestions. None of my anti-viruses find anything.
I use :Norton 360, Malwarebytes and AVG 9.0.
I'm unable to update malwarebytes for some reason.

Redirected to where?
In my experience, norton & AVG don't mix. they too busy fighting each other to destroy viruses. Ex. AVG couldn't erase virus because Norton was denying access to the virus but couldn't delete it because AVG was denying access to the virus.
-
sounds like your virus is newer than your antivirus. you have to try others.
-
Try an online Pandasoftware scan.

As wcogent mentioned, each AV S/W is bumping into each other. There is no reason to have 2 AV S/W running. I have Norton 360 now. I like it. I have used AVG before to. I liked that one to. Norton comes with my ISP, so that is why I use it now.

Delete one of them. Run a registry cleaner. I bet your problem goes away.

I did the pandasoftware scan and downloaded the 2011 edition. It did a full scan and found a few items which it fixed. I wasn't able to update it because it said I wasn't connected to the internet. Even though I was. I'm not getting redirected as much as internet sites just not opening. I can open up the cached version but not the real thing.

Remove Panda
Remove MalwareBytes
Remove AVG

Run a disk cleanup
Run a registry cleaner

Update Norton to current definitions file

Let Norton run a full scan. See what it finds.

I don't think you need MalwareBytes and Norton. Just use Norton and see what happens.

Remove Panda, MalwareBytes and AVG

Open Norton Security Suite
All boxes should say protected

Go to PC Tuneup
Select View Details

At the bottom, things you can do
Select Run File Clean up

After that completes
Select Run Registry Clean up

Verify your definitions file is updated. Mine usually says updated within the last 20 minutes or so.

Then you can Run a full system Scan. See what it reports.

Let us know what happens.

I think it worked pretty well. I'll give it a few days and see if anything happens.

Re: cant access some anti virus websites, and i keep getting redirected

it's a virus, definitely concluded.
easy answer is to reinstall everything and avoid p2p software like limewire.
-
actual conversation at store:
her: i got my pc fixed yesterday and it's broken again today!
me: did you NOT INSTALL limewire like I asked?
her: yes!
me: fine. bring it to the store. re-fix, no charge
->next day
me: hey! you're using limewire here!
her: no i'm not! that's frostwire!
