Yes...that's why I've now installed BitDefender Immunizer to prevent the autorun in USB devices as soon as they are plugged in.

But sadly, it hasn't solved the problem of already being infected.

I think reinstall the OS or format C drive is best option for fix this issue.

As per your reply, your machine and USB HDD are affected by virus and we have did various virus scan method, but the issue not yet fixed. So try to format C drive and reinstall the OS for fixing it.
