Access is Denied error while installing broadcom 802.11 drivers from Device manager

Hello, im working on a Acer Travelmate 2480 and trying to install broadcom 802.11 drivers. i have the drivers downloaded but everytime i go through device manager to install them i get an access is denied error while trying to install the device from windows update and even when manually going to the folder i downloaded and telling it to look there. I could use the help.

Are you logged in with administrator privileges ?
