Unhappy Sansa e260 drivers - This device cannot start. (Code 10)

hi ,
i have i really annoying problem to me which i am facing from a last month . the problem is that i buy a new sansa e260 mp3/mp4 4gb player.
now every time when i connected it to my computer it detects it but it did not show any icon in my computer. can you tell me what i can do to solve this problem.
help me please i will be very thankful to for this.
i have attatched the screen shot please check it.
actually it shows a code10 error.

Description of Code 10-related errors that Device Manager generates on Windows XP-based computers

Normally drivers are not required, but change the setting from your mp3 player to MSC and that should solve the issue.

how i change the setting from mp3 tom msc i did'nt understand please can you tell me in a bit simple way?
