USB audio not always active after Windows 7 bootup
I have had an annoying problem for some time with the USB audio not always being activated at boot-up. Most times a simple reboot will bring it on line. I have checked into the driver and it currently has an up to-date Microsoft driver and my Win 7 is set to automatically update. I just have a simple stereo Logitech speaker set plugged into my USB port. When its working it great but on the odd occasion it fails to activate a reboot is the fix. Can anyone offer advice on a remedy?

and check for virus or trojans |

Thanks for your reply, I have fixed it by using the trouble shoot function in Win 7. I went to Start / Devices & printers / right click on the USB audio icon / click Troubleshoot / then the return screen gave me the option to let the software hunt for an updated driver. Now a week later everyting seems to be stable and audio works every bootup.
