HELP PLEASE!! AVC.exe error message???

Hello,

I really love the ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum program, it's been worth it all the way. I've hid a snag now though, I have probably copied around 50 of my DVDs and I finally got to my Puppet Master collection. I have copied 1, 2, 3, and 5. See something missing? That's right, #4. When I try to copy Puppet Master 4 it comes up around frame 530 on the initial scan before it rips that there's an "AVC.exe error" and that it needs to stop. I did the first thing anyone does, and I tried it again, same thing. Next I restarted my computer, same thing happened. Then I tried to go past frame 530 with the DVD Video Clip option, it still comes up. The DVD is brand new with no noticable scratches and works fine in my DVD player, any help would be nice. Why is AVC.exe hating Puppet Master 4 and not the rest?? Thank you.

The avc.exe error has been fixed, upgrade the program free by visiting our website plz. by the way, tell me the info of your cpu, thanks

I have DVD Ripper Platinum 5.0.40 build-0725 and still have "avc.exe stopped working" for certain DVDs.

Can you please help?
