Exclamation Imtoo DVD ripper platinum to FLV

I bought Imtoo dvd ripper, after the trial version which was giving me the hope that I could work with it, without having so much setting troubles. Apparently I was to optimistic!

I purchased the dvd ripper platinum and the converter platinum for Mac OsX, after consulting with my webmaster whom work Windows, in this way we will have the same product (compatibility issue).

And now i'm having same troubles delaying my work.

I have to upload some movie on our Homepage and we agreed that the best format will be the FLV.

At first I convert one of our DVD trailers (6 Trailers in one DVD) to flv using Video converter platinum, it was pretty quick and the quality was OK without any troubles. Then I tried to do the same with some episodes (1 Per DVD) of our serie and i encounter a lot of troubles. When I first tried to directla convert it (not losing quality), it chunks it in 5 differents parts (VOB) the first was the menu that it couldn't convert (useless anyway) and the second was the last 3 min. of the episode (very useful and important). I though
that i probably have to do it with the DVD ripper (right!). Wrong, the problem was almost the same it made a nice ripp without the end.

So I tried cutting the movie in pieces, then the quality went wrong (pixelisation, Sound sync, size). I tried changing the frame 15; 20; 23.97; 30; 60. and still no sync, I unchecked the detection in preferences it didn't work neither.

If you could help finding the correct setting to ripp it, I'll love U for ever and ever.

Dear Puertoricovibra,

I'm so sorry for the delay!

What type of DVD source files you've added? DVD disc, DVD folder...?

I had to find a way around transforming them two times first in mpeg with roxio toast titanium then in flv with the converter, then it's ok but i lose some quality.

I still have to contact my webmaster because even when i see them on my computer perfectly sinc on the page its look desync.!?
