Re: ImTOO AVI to DVD Converter

You should free up your disc space
The temporary file folder need nearly 10~20G, according the prompt we could see it need more than 2G space

Re: ImTOO AVI to DVD Converter

Could tell me more detail about the "don't work"?
e.g. the dvd cannot play, or there are some problem when it is playing, or anything else.

Thanks!

Re: ImTOO AVI to DVD Converter

I am having the same problem as user23, it is telling me I need 4.32g of free space, but my temp folder is empty and I have 7.8g of free space on my C drive. I cannot get either avi to dvd or dvd creator to work correctly, any suggestions?

Re: ImTOO AVI to DVD Converter

Dear ChefJJ,

Sorry for the delay.

Please try to change your "Temporary Files Folder Location" (Tools -> Preferences...") to another drive which has larger free space, 10G or more may be better. Or please delete some files on your C drive.

Hope it can help!
