Lenght of time for a new thread to become visible?

Sorry for the post if this has already been documented, but after my 1st time post there was a quick message that I wasn't able to read quick enough, so I don't know if the post will be posted. I'm supposing that a moderator might be checking out the post before posting, but still don't know for sure. Hoping someone can confirm that my post will still happen as I didn't see it listed as a new thread under the Statistics section for my user account.

Re: Lenght of time for a new thread to become visible?

This is just a follow-up. Obviously I was able to submit this post. Maybe there is a limit of 1 post per day or something. The post I wanted to create did have some attachments. 2 jpegs under 2mb per each and one mpeg under 6mb. I tried to resubmit several times each with just one of the attachments and still no go. When submitting the mpeg I did put it into a zip file to meet the apparent requirements. Maybe I'll look into trying to post again tomorrow I suppose.

Regards,

Nick

To start off, you posted the same question several times. Because you are new, it needs to be approved by a Moderator. Please give your questions some time to be answered as this forum is run by volunteers. We are not paid for our services. If your question isn't answered within a couple of days, then you may "bump" the post.

Re: Lenght of time for a new thread to become visible?

Comptronic,

Thanks for your reply. I wondered if it had to do with being new as well as possibly a review process. When attempting those post I did see a web page flash by pretty quick, so couldn't read it and after the fact I didn't see anywhere that it was posted, so that is why I made multiple attempts. Again, thanks for clarifying what happened.

I'll attempt to see if I can add those attachments in my other thread now.

Thanks again and do appreciate those volunteering support.

Nick
