Silent Hill 4 Runtime Error: URGENT!!

uhmmm.....no mod...just a a couple of hex editors and time up my sleeves...and there goes the cracking!

Where do i save that file? I've tried putting it in the silent hill 4 main and data file with no results

The file is in rar format extension. You'll need Winrar to extract the inside "exe" file and then put that "exe" file into the Silent Hill 4 directory. Then run the game.
