Exclamation thief 2 low FPS

comp specs
amd 3500+
1.5 gb of ram
ati HD3650
windows xp

when i play thief 2 i get a very low fram rate, around 15-20 fps. i tryed the ddfix, but it did nothing at all, and all my drvers are up to date. can any one help?

It is not your fault because you have all the the requirements for the game.It may be because of some error or Viruse

i found the problum. the ddfix for the game had a newer vertion. updating helped.
