Question When I (try to) open GTA SA my monitor goes black and says no signal

first off I would like to thak everyone in advance who helps
Well I recently bought this pc and its been working amazing for all the games i have tried to play except one : GTA SA the problem is every time i try to open it my monitor goes black and says no signal.

These are my specs

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.50GHz (4.00GHz Turbo) 8x Core Processor
Graphics: Radeon R9 270X 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Card
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 Memory
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P AMD 970 ATX Motherboard
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Quiet CPU Cooler
Audio: High Definition Audio
Case: Sharkoon T28 Black/Red Midi Tower Windowed Chassis w/ USB3.0
PSU: 600W Corsair Builder Series CX600M 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply
Hard Drive: 2TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6GB/s (SATA-III)
Operating System: Windows 7
