Re: What type of internet connection do you use?

I'm having a 10Mb/s broadband connection.
It's Fiber to the Home (FTTH) for $30/month.

Cool. Is there any bandwidth caps?

Re: What type of internet connection do you use?

Question and just for my learning purposes: what is the intention of this question? obviously world wide everyone deals with a different scenario. After reading some responses seem like I'm over a good plan so I wonder what's the cost of the plan for everyone who answered answered?

I guess all your internet services are not symmetric, right? I guess is normal to have a download speed (the one advertised or the one you contracted) and the your upload speed which is not the same, right?

Re: What type of internet connection do you use?

The intention of the question is to have a thread for the members to share and interact; one of the basic functions of a forum.

I have a 384kpbs (8am-10pm) 1.5 Mbps (10pm-8am) unmetered WiMax connection. It costs me around $15/mo
& it's more than enough for casual browsing and around 100GB/mo of downloads.

In most cases broadband connections are asymetric. In my case upload is limited at 256kpbs.
