How much water should a person drink per day?

I was just wondering how much should a person drink per day? Is 8 glasses of water enough to avoid dehydration.

I drink even less than that, but 6 glasses a day is recommended by doctors in America. I drink about 1 or less a day... one time I fainted because of dehydration

Even less than 8 glass of water a day is not bad as long as you drink water in a day. What you need to keep in mind, is that bottled water is not the only source of water in a healthy diet. Fruits and vegetables can supply quite a bit of your daily water requirement, as well as important nutrients and fiber.

Try to avoid soda drinks and over sugared drinks such as sweet tea. Alot of these types of drinks will cause you to dehydrate.
Not drinking enough water is not good for you. Without water through out the day our bodies will not function properly. You could easily end up with a kidney infection or bladder infection.

As how i did everytime i use my electronic cigarette i surely have to drink water to avoid unnecessary infection.
