How do you upload to sourceforge

I have exactly the same problem as this person on the video:
YouTube - Sourceforge upload problem
An answer is to upload before creating any package. I have
already created packages and I want to remove them but I
can't find where. I can't find the help in the help docs.
Another person tried to get this resolved by somebody on
sourceforge but with no success. So I just want to know if
any of you had any success and how you did it.
Any help is most appreciated.

I Think i managed it.
You must first go here:
https://frs.sourceforge.net/webupload
Then you have to play with package and after that edit download page.
