And yes, Babylon 5. TBH, I liked it better than DS9.

That reminds me, it's sad that Andromeda became inconsistent and generally shit after Season 2.

The only problem with Star Trek is that such a utopian society just won't happen; us human beings will never get rid of war, poverty etc. and live for pursuing higher goals.

The thing is if humanity continues to say that, then we never will.

I don't want to get in to a philosophical discussion but it is a fact. We can try to be positive and hope for the best but...

Nor do I, pages and pages of useless debate would be at call.

Re: TV - What ya watching?

Back to topic, I started watching Andromeda. I can see many interesting parallels between it and Farscape.

Protagonist trapped in Time - Protagonist trapped in Space
Kick ass lady first officer - Kick ass lady first officer
Ill-tempered warrior with family issues - Ill-tempered warrior with family issues
Cute purple girl with a tail - Cute grey girl
A spiritual/religious man with a terrible past - A spiritual/religious woman with a terrible past
Ship with advanced AI & possible sentience - Ship is alive and sentient

etc.

And both are stuffed with mediocre acting.

Re: TV - What ya watching?

I'm unable to watch anything at this moment cause of reception problems.

I need antenna setup first and then I can write here my fevorite TV programs. Does anyone know any good provider who can solve reception problems till tomorrow?

Many Thanks in advance!

Re: TV - What ya watching?

Oh, I forgot to update this thread.

Andromeda - Completed (God, last two seasons were awful)

Blake's 7 - Watched a few episodes but it's too old for my taste.

Stargate SG-1 - Just started with season 1 (I beginning to like it).
