Restored partition - Windows shows the Size as 60 GB instead of 320 GB

I've got to do a restore to my pc. Not because I want to, but because I have to. I just switched over all my hardware to a new case & when I booted up my pc, I had hard drive failure. I had lost everything. I did manage to find a program to get my important files off of the hard drive, which was a sigh of relief. Now, I'll be installing a new hard drive & windows. I installed a 320 gb hard drive. After I restored my image with Acronis, windows is only reading that drive as a 60 gb hard drive. Actually, what it did do was partition the hard drive into 2 separate partitions. I usually don't do this. How can I fix, so that it's back to just a single partition?

Re: unwanted partition

Windows Vista diskmgmt.msc has a merge partition option.

if you are using XP, try any 3rd party partition manager to merge two partitions.
