i know this is one of the hottest topics on the net these days so i posted to clear up

the Xbox360 RROD on overheat, water, powercable not connected properly etc

the PS3 DOES freeze sometimes, but that happens VERY few times, doesnt react on water (well not so sensitive as the Xbox), does not overheat, doesnt even turn on when powercable isnt properly connected

and the Xbox REFUSES to start after the red ring pops up, where the PS3 starts up fine after system crash (again, it doesnt happen as often as the Xbox RROD)

the look on PS3 is much better than the Xbox360, the Xbox360 is cheaper, to a certain point, the Xbox u gotta pay for exclusive keyboard, wireless antenna, HDD, controller batteries, etc

which all are included from before in the PS3 (well the drivers for most keyboards, mics etc, so u can just use ur comp keyboard, comp mic on the PS if its USB).

The Xbox controllers are heavier.

and the only thing AA does is actually blurring, not to a very noticable degree of course but it "removes" pixels by blurring the picture, basically hides them

the only thing worth using is anistrophic filtering

supports Bluray, the Xbox360 supports HD DVD, bluray can contain 50GB, and the HD DVD can contain 30GB

Xbox is only 720p HD, the PS3 is 1080p HD

thats why the PS3 kills the xbox360

First of all, the computer is better in all areas then any console that is released and ever to be released. It was thanks to the PC that gave life to the powerful tech in the "consoles"

PS3 owns Xbox360 in graphics and overall functions such as Internet and Blu-Ray. Xbox360 owns the PS3 in non lag issues (yes their is awful lag issues in the PS3 and not in the Xbox360) Xbox360 owns PS3 due to more games and more users, althought XboxLive cost money for a yearly or monthly subscription and PS3 Live is free. More users prefer the Xbox360 due to its huge variety of games and huge online community.

Also did you know that first generation PS3 owners will face issues such as overheated sensor chips. A mate of mine owns the first that came out and paid 1000 for it, 2years later of normal usage in non hot areas, it would intermittently shut down every 5 minutes. He called Sony, they said its a hardware fault issue with the temperature Sensor in it that turns itself off when overheating in the very first PS3 that came out. The solution, well since his PS3 warranty was late expired by 1 year, he had to RMA his PS3 + $350 to repair it and wait for another 3 months for it to come back. Xbox360 has never had this issue.

true that PC owns both

but both consoles use Vsync, the xbox360 drops it at times when theres not enough computing power to keep it up without lag

and then the PS3, which keeps the Vsync at all costs, hence the lag issue

Yes, if they didn't have Vsync enabled.....I think the PS3 would be able to reach 400fps on GTA.

i wanna play command and conquer games, strategie game^^
and there is 3 or 4 packs for the Xbox 360.. i guess it was compare to the first one!!!
Xbox is Cheaper!!!

How to copy ps3 disc.
Hi Friends I Bought a Sony vaio with Blue Ray writer and I am trying just read PS3 (playstation discs)but doesn't read, anyone know where can I read something about? I want to duplicate those discs !!! thanks

I've got 2 used PS3 games for sale and 1 new one.

1) Ridge Racer (255rmb)
2) Mobile Suit Gundam (255rmb)
3) Gundam Dynasty Warriors (NEW) (430rmb)

I bought Gundam Dynasty Warriors for 480rmb, but I'm selling it for 430rmb. I just don't have time to play and they're just sitting there. All are "real" PS3 games. The used games are barely played as well. All come with original packaging and also the instruction booklet.

why not a computer? about every game for 360 comes out for windows too, and wine and bootcamp XP can run them usually
